Nina Reese is the founder and lead designer of Reese & Co. Design Group, LLC (RCo), a premier interior design firm based in Carlisle, PA, that caters exclusively to the unique needs of working professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. With a client-first approach, under Nina’s leadership, RCo specializes in residential design that seamlessly blends function and fashion, providing professional services that save clients time, prevent costly mistakes, and elevate their lifestyles. Nina has over 20 years of experience as a retail and commercial banker, making her uniquely attuned to the demands of high-achieving professionals who value efficiency and precision. RCo stands apart by delivering a streamlined, professional design process rooted in their signature “Total Life Aesthetic” philosophy—a holistic approach that reflects clients’ lifestyles, values, and preferences through bespoke interiors.

Nina discovered her passion for design at age 20, after purchasing and renovating her first home. While she previously honed her design skills as a full-time practicing interior designer, she returned to her banking career to support her growing family’s needs at that time. Founding RCo represents Nina’s dream of joining the entrepreneurial ranks she so greatly admires. Her background—including studies in Interior Architecture & Design at the Academy of Art University, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, and further education in Accounting and Finance at Central Penn College—equips her with the financial savvy, organizational skills, and strategic insight necessary to deliver an unparalleled client experience.

RCo is built on Nina’s dedication to honoring faith, family, and community while delivering excellence in every project. She has assembled a trusted network of skilled craftsmen and exclusive trade resources, granting her clients access to products and solutions otherwise unavailable to consumers. Nina is deeply committed to serving her community through board leadership and volunteer engagements with various local non-profit organizations and is a proud member of the Christian community. Above all, Nina’s greatest pride is her family: her loving and supportive husband, Lew; their creative and spunky daughter, Brexley; their energetic and brilliant son, Boston; and their sweet golden retrievers, Chloe & Zoe. When she’s not designing, Nina enjoys reading, exploring all genres of music, outdoor adventures, yoga, weightlifting, and traveling.
